We launched a podcast about AI
Shadde and I started Robban & Shadde AI Podden, a Swedish podcast about AI in all its forms. Episode one is out. Two people who use AI every day, and who disagree on more than you would think.

My friend Shadde and I have been talking about AI for over a year. Over dinner, on the phone, in long voice messages. At some point we realised the conversations were better than most of what we were listening to, so we pressed record.
The result is Robban & Shadde AI Podden, a podcast in Swedish about AI and everything between heaven and earth. Episode one went live on 22 October.
Why two people
Because we don't use AI the same way. Shadde likes local models, running on your own machine, cheap and private. I want the newest, best model for the job and care less about what it costs. When I built Livvy a year and a half ago it took me two and a half months. Today it would take a few days. That's why I pay for the best model, at least for the things that matter.
Neither of us is completely right, and that's the point. A podcast where both hosts nod at each other is a podcast nobody needs.
What episode one covers
- Best model or cheapest? What it really costs when the job isn't done right the first time.
- Switch AI, keep your context. Why the knowledge about your business should live with you, not locked in at one vendor. Models come and go. Your data, your routines and your way of working should stay.
- Do you trust what the AI writes? We don't. How we check things before anything goes out.
- If AI takes the jobs, who buys what gets produced? A question we can't answer, but think more people should ask.
- Security in AI-written code, prompts that are shorter rather than longer, a backtest with a 97% win rate that still wasn't a good strategy, and why AI can do much more than answer in a chat.
The clips
We cut the episode into twelve short clips that go out on Instagram twice a day this week. The editing itself was done by AI, which felt like the right way to start a podcast about AI.
Follow along on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Spotify. And if there is something you want us to dig into, tell us. That's how episode two gets better than episode one.
